Mister X is hidden somewhere in London. Each round he moves first — the detectives only see which ticket he used (taxi, bus or underground), not where he went. On moves 3, 8, 13, 18 and 24 he must surface and reveal his station.
Detectives each start with 10 taxi, 8 bus and 4 underground tickets. Every ticket they spend is handed to Mister X. Two detectives can never share a station.
Mister X holds 5 black tickets (ride anything, ticket type stays hidden — and the only way onto the river ferry) and two 2× cards to move twice in one round.
Detectives win by landing on Mister X's station or boxing him in. Mister X wins if he survives all 24 moves.
